What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

1. 90-Day Limited Workmanship and Hardware Warranty
Electronic Concepts NC provides a 90-day limited warranty on all services and hardware components provided and installed by our technicians. This warranty period begins on the date of service completion. Workmanship: We guarantee our labor against defects or errors for 90 days. If our service is found to be deficient within this period, we will correct the workmanship at no additional labor cost. Hardware (Failure within 90 Days): Should any hardware component installed by us fail due to a defect within the 90-day warranty period, we will provide a replacement part and the labor to install it at no additional charge.

2. Manufacturer's Hardware Warranty (Failure After 90 Days)
After the initial 90-day period, many parts may still be covered by their original manufacturer's warranty. If a hardware component fails after 90 days but is still within its manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist you in processing the warranty claim for the part itself. While the replacement part will be covered by the manufacturer, this warranty does not cover the labor costs for its diagnosis or installation. Standard labor rates will apply for services rendered.

3. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty is void and does not apply to any failure, defect, or damage caused by: Any modification, service, or tampering performed by the customer or any third party not authorized by Electronic Concepts NC. Accidental damage, liquid spills, electrical surges, misuse, neglect, or improper handling. Software-related issues, including virus/malware infections, software conflicts, or data loss, unless as a direct result of deficient service.
